Hire

All china is hired to you for a 4 day period. A special arrangement can be made should you require it for longer. Please ask.

Payment

To secure your order we require a 50% deposit. The final balance will be due 30 days prior to your event date.  At this time we would like to collect a refundable damage deposit in the form of a seperate cheque for £100, which will be retuned to you on the safe return of the hired items.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking outside of 30 days there will be no charge. If it is inside 30 days your 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Viewing

To get a feel for the china and its lovliness it can be arranged to view some of the collection. Please ask.

As with all vintage china please expect some of the items not to be in perfect condition and showing some signs of use, I believe this all adds to the charm of the collection.

Delivery/Collection

If you would prefer to collect your items from us this is possible and will not incur a delivery charge.

Delivery charges are individual to each hire booking.  Please contact us for more information.

All items will be packed carefully.  We ask you to check your order at the time of delivery and sign the receipt of order.

Please do NOT wash any of the china due to its fragile nature we prefer to do this ourselves, this service is included in the hire charge. Please clean off any food bits before packing – we will do the rest.
